Sunnieside Cottage in Seahouses was an absolute steal for the price we paid. The room was cozy and spacious, with beautiful decor and all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the harbor and town center. The staff treated us with warmth and provided a lovely welcome hamper, making us feel right at home.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of breakfast options.

Top loft room offers stunning views of Bamburgh Castle. Exciting excursion possibilities to Bamburgh Castle, Alnwick Castle, Cragside, and beautiful beaches. We had an amazing stay at a beautiful, cosy cottage with plenty of room for our family of 4. The decor was lovely, and the cottage was clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with a thoughtful hamper upon arrival, and all appliances and self-catering essentials were provided. The owners, Steve & Pam, have truly thought of everything you might need. Our children loved the board games provided, and the restaurant recommendations were really helpful. The location was central with allocated parking, and the top-level bedroom offered stunning views of Bamburgh & Lindisfarne Castles. We cannot recommend this place enough; it truly exceeded our expectations!

The welcome basket filled with treats was a delightful surprise. The views from the top loft room were simply stunning, reaching all the way to Bamburgh Castle. The daily excursions to nearby attractions like Bamburgh Castle and Alnwick Castle were incredible.

The cottage had a cozy and charming atmosphere, making it a comfortable stay. the location was excellent, being close to both the harbor and the village center with amenities nearby. the cottage offered beautiful views, allowing us to enjoy the surrounding scenery.
The lack of a small freezer or icebox, which would have been helpful for keeping ice cream or other frozen treats. the check-in and check-out times were a bit limiting, as there was a lot of cleaning to be done between guests.

Very attentive and helpful hosts. Absolutely delighted with everything. Decorated beautifully and is a home rather than a rental property. The property was centrally located with allocated parking, and the top level provided a clear view of Bamburgh & Lindisfarne Castles. The cottage was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, and we appreciated the welcome goodies and treats on arrival. it was a top-notch experience.
Very little. The only thing we would change is having an earlier check-in and later check-out by an hour either way.

We had a wonderful stay in a cute cottage with stunning views of Bamburgh & Lindisfarne Castles. the location was perfect, central to the harbour and town. the cottage was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with thoughtful extras like welcome gifts and a variety of herbal teas. We also enjoyed the selection of board games and the helpful restaurant recommendations. It was a truly relaxing break.
Parking was a bit tricky and the uneven cobbled entrance could be a hazard for less agile guests.
